Local storage on RPi2 not working - by: supernov

I tried to search the forum to see if this was mentioned anywhere, just saw something related to the RPi3. But I have the good old 2, trying to save Darks now to the local storage and it just isn't creating anything locally. I've set the driver to store to "Local" and changed permissions on my home directory to read/write/execute (777). No dice yet, any tips someone would like to give?

ps. The log file for GPhoto only states "Got unexpected message: 1"
